Comtel’s Website Has A New Home!

As you are aware, Comtel joined the Comstar Technologies family in October of 2020. To simplify the customer experience, we decided it was time to retire the Comtel website (www.Comtel.us) and fully migrate to Comstar’s website.

Starting in July of 2021, you will be able to contact our support, connect with a team member and learn more about all of our additional solutions right here at www.comstar-usa.com.

We want to reinforce that just because we are migrating our site, it does not mean the Comtel family is going away! Your dedicated Comtel team members, our location in Buffalo and your existing service will not change, we’re just located at a new web address.

Catholic Charities of Buffalo and Comtel, and now Comstar has a relationship that has spanned more than two decades. During this time, we have developed a true partnership that has proven mutually successful on many levels. Most recently, the Comtel/Comstar team undertook a review of our entire infrastructure and voice/data carrier services network that resulted in recommendations to replace, remove, and enhance services, and our ability to serve our constituents. Not only were we able to implement advanced Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) for our locations throughout WNY, but upon project completion, we will see a net reduction in our expenses related to voice/data services. Comtel/Comstar also successfully negotiated disconnect of numerous contracted services with a carrier partner, without any financial liability.

While these accomplishments are notable, the key component is and always has been the dedication to service, to partnership.  My experience working with their sales, technical, and operations teams is consistently responsive, and helpful.
