Comstar is seeking a Support Engineer  to work either out of our West Chester, PA office and part remotely or 100% remotely. The ideal candidate is responsible for diagnosing customer issues and providing clear communications to clients re: remedies and resolutions.  This includes ensuring front-line customer satisfaction by dealing professionally and effectively with all internal and external clients.

Interested candidates should have at least 3-4 years’ experience in a call center or service desk environment  with solid knowledge of Mitel, Shortel and VoIP systems.  Knowledge and experience with SIP trunking and SBC’s is preferred.   Some experience is required in the On-Prem versions of the above systems that coupled with cloud is acceptable if some On-Prem has been achieved.  Certifications (Mitel, Shortel and VoIP) a plus.
