Combine perseverance, hard work and innovation, and you have Kris McMenamin. As Director of Client Support Services at Comstar Technologies, Kris takes on challenging responsibilities, such as keeping the customer satisfaction rate at 95% and implementing enterprise-level processes.

Kris brings an impressive track record to Comstar with over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. He began his career as an IT technician, and through his perseverance and hard work, he continued to move up the corporate ladder holding roles like IT Manager and Director of Support. Prior to his current role, Kris oversaw a nationwide service team across 38 different states and completed a national speaking tour of engagements to educate industry professionals on IT best practices and management.

Kris sees his professional and personal philosophies intersect when it comes to his team. For Kris, his employees are his family. When working with his team, his number one priority is treating others with respect and lending a helping hand when needed.

When he’s not working on IT projects, Kris enjoys spending time with his family.
